The Old St Georges School, Taunton

Thomas Brothers Joinery were awarded the contract to design, manufacture and site install the external joinery for the Old St Georges School in Taunton. The scheme was part refurbishment, but with a new build element included. Many of the bespoke items were individually manufactured to fit existing stone mullion windows and included careful design to ensure sight lines were kept to a minimum. The first floor windows had shaped heads, all double glazed, and designed to comply with current Building Regulations.
